We find that we see most hourly consult clients for two reasons: either they are just getting started and are not sure where to begin, or, they have lined everything up and need someone to help them to "tie it all together". We have helped many clients in both situations and can accomplish the goals of the meeting usually within two hours - less than $150.00:

Getting started on your wedding planning

The "getting started" package will help you to define your budget and begin assembling the components of your wedding. We will create a budget worksheet with suggested budget allocations for each element. Then we will give you referrals to venues and local service providers that fit your vision, style and budget parameters. This is an ideal package for those who are working on a very limited budget.

Help - I have the Venues and the Vendors - Now What?

If you are in this situation, we can help you to create a detailed time-line and appropriate checklists for the day before your wedding and your wedding day.   This process helps to identify any logistical problems and will help to clarify how everything will unfold.   We will also address ceremony seating, processional and recessional options, and reception elements.

The result is a detailed itinerary you can pass on to family or friends who may be helping you on your day.

Hourly consults are available to address any other questions or concerns you may have about your wedding. We can help you resolve any planning problems you may have and can also provide creative and cost saving ideas for decorative things you can make. Even if you need help in just one area, we will be happy to give you the answers and support you seek.
